This project is located at the center of Scott Point. Site area is about 300 m², we used maximum building coverage and achieved to design a 220 m² house.
There are 4 bed rooms including a master bed room with en-suit, one bathroom and living area upstairs. Open kitchen with living room connect to outdoor living, guest room with en-suit and a toilet downstairs.
